A working library for people who actually do the work.

Hi. I’m Tayyab. I started VAToolstack while building Replyf, an AI email extension for Gmail. Building Replyf meant ending up in dozens of conversations with working Virtual Assistants and Executive Assistants. Twenty-one of them walked me through their day in detail.
The same problems came up over and over. Prioritizing which email actually matters when everything looks urgent. Switching tone between three or four clients without rereading old threads. Filtering out newsletter noise and system alerts before anything else can happen. Tracking which follow-ups actually got a response.
Almost nothing on the internet answers those problems for the person doing the work. Most articles about virtual assistants are written by agencies selling VA services to business owners. VAToolstack is the opposite of that. It’s written for the VA or EA at their laptop, in their own language, about the real workflow.
Who this site is for
- Solo Virtual Assistants managing between one and five client inboxes
- Executive Assistants supporting one or two executives closely
- Administrative Assistants running the daily operations of an office or team
- New VAs figuring out which tools are actually worth paying for
- Experienced VAs looking to shave hours off recurring workflows
- Freelancers wearing the “assistant” hat for their own business
How this site works
Every guide follows the same editorial rules. No fabricated statistics. No generic AI copy. Every page has to include at least one specific detail from the 21-VA research or from a tool I actually use. If a tool appears here, I have tested it against the daily workflow of a solo VA managing several inboxes.
I’m upfront about affiliate links. Some links on this site are affiliate links. That never changes which tools I recommend. Full disclosure on the affiliate disclosure page.
